My Story

Stef is an international keynote speaker who helps executives, teams and organisations adapt to change and thrive under pressure.

As a 15 year old with aspirations of becoming a professional rugby player, Stef was involved in a serious boating accident which resulted in her right foot being amputated.

When she arrived at university she joined the athletics team for fun and realised that she was still a talented athlete and decided to give her dreams of becoming professional athlete one last chance.

Since her retirement from professional sports in 2022 she combines her Paralympic background with over 2 decades of studyung the science and psychology of sustained success to help leaders and businesses to navigate change.
